Tutor Agreement

This Tutor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between [Tutor’s Full Name] (“Tutor”) and EduQode, a subsidiary of iTech, a Pakistan-based online educational platform (“EduQode”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Tutor agrees to provide educational services to students using EduQode’s platform. Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure you understand and accept its terms before providing your services through EduQode.

1. Tutor's Services:

1.1. Tutor agrees to provide educational services, including but not limited to tutoring, teaching, and guidance in subjects or skills as agreed upon with EduQode.

1.2. Tutor will use EduQode’s platform to deliver these services, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated tools and features.

1.3. Tutor acknowledges that EduQode provides the infrastructure and technological tools required for the delivery of services.

2. Payment and Commission:

2.1. For each paid service provided by Tutor to students through EduQode, Tutor shall receive 80% of the fee paid by the student (“Tutor’s Fee”).

2.2. EduQode will retain 20% of the fee as its commission (“EduQode’s Commission”).

2.3. Payments to Tutor will be processed as per the Payment Policy outlined on the EduQode platform.

3. Tutor's Obligations:

3.1. Tutor shall deliver high-quality educational services, maintain professionalism, and ensure punctuality.

3.2. Tutor shall adhere to EduQode’s Code of Conduct, which includes treating all students with respect, maintaining confidentiality, and using appropriate language and behavior.

3.3. Tutor shall create, manage, and update content within the EduQode LMS, ensuring the accuracy and relevancy of materials.

3.4. Tutor agrees to cooperate with EduQode in case of any dispute or issue related to services.

4. EduQode's Obligations:

4.1. EduQode will provide access to the EduQode platform and LMS, along with technical support and necessary tools for Tutor to deliver services.

4.2. EduQode will facilitate payments to Tutor in accordance with the Payment Policy.

4.3. EduQode will handle administrative tasks, including student enrollment and billing.

5. Termination:

5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice.

5.2. In case of a breach of the Code of Conduct or any violation of the terms outlined in this Agreement, EduQode may terminate the Agreement and withhold any outstanding payments.

6. Confidentiality:

Tutor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of student information and EduQode’s proprietary information. This includes refraining from sharing personal contact information or distributing content outside the EduQode platform.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement is in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Tutor and EduQode and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.

By agreeing to this Agreement, Tutor acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions outlined herein. Tutor’s services through EduQode signify acceptance of this Agreement.
