I’m Ahsana Idris, and I’m thrilled to be your English teacher! My journey as an educator has been shaped by a rich academic and professional background. I hold a BS (Hons.) in English Literature from Lahore College for Women University and am currently pursuing an MS in English Linguistics and Literature at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore. My research, including a thesis on Identity in Literature and unpublished papers on Second Language Acquisition and Cultural Discourse, showcases my analytical and research skills.

My experience extends beyond academics. As a Coordinator Assistant at English Grammar School, Lahore, I implemented creative educational programs like Spelling Bee Competitions and English activities, which developed my organizational skills and passion for innovation in education. Additionally, my skills in graphic designing, communication development, and mentoring have allowed me to connect with students in diverse and meaningful ways.

I’ve also undergone specialized training in Language Improvisation, and child psychology, further enriching my ability to support students effectively. My roles as a College Proctor and Class Representative reflect my commitment to teamwork and leadership, which I bring into the classroom to foster a collaborative and inspiring learning environment.

I’m excited to guide you on this educational journey, where we’ll explore the beauty of language and literature, develop critical thinking, and cultivate skills that will empower you in both academic and personal pursuits!
